We want you to love your Bealun products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unopened, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a return, email us at help@bealun.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please note that returns sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if anything is damaged or defective, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current order (once approved) and place a new purchase.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
